Publication Fee Support

RKGP Journals believes that lack of funds should not be a barrier to Open Access publication. Thus, RKGP Journals may provide publication fee support by granting waivers to some authors who are unable to afford the publication fee.

Publication Fee Support (PFS) is intended for authors who demonstrate financial need. As such, corresponding authors requesting for support must strongly demonstrate why their support applications should be granted.

Authors’ research by an institution or organization from eligible low- and middle-income countries will receive partial waiver. Upon application, corresponding authors from Low Income Countries may be granted a high waiver percentage while corresponding authors from Lower Middle Income Countries may be granted a medium waiver percentage while corresponding authors from Upper-Middle-Income Countries may be granted a low waiver percentage. See World Bank List of Low, Lower Middle and Upper Middle Income Countries.

Authors who are eligible for waivers should apply immediately after the submission of their manuscripts. Please contact the Author Billing Department by sending your PFS application to accounts@rkgpjournals.org. Request for PFS must be sent to the Author Billing Department same day of manuscript submission.

The PFS application process should strictly be adhered to as shown below:

PFS Application Process
