The Editor’s decision to publish a paper in accordance with referee(s) opinion is considered final.
The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence. All articles are peer-reviewed. Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript(s) within four weeks of submission. Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the next issue. Papers will be published approximately one month after acceptance.

Manuscript Handling Fee
The manuscript handling fee for RKGP-JPSAR is $350 (USD). Under some special circumstances, authors may request in advance for publication fee support.
