Publication Fee Support
RKGP Journals is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not limit authors’ ability to publish in an open access environment. To uphold this commitment, the journal offers Publication Fee Support (PFS) in the form of waivers for authors who demonstrate genuine financial need.
PFS is specifically designed for corresponding authors who are unable to cover publication charges and can provide clear justification for their request. Eligibility for support is influenced by the author’s country income classification, based on the World Bank List of Low-, Lower-Middle-, and Upper-Middle-Income Countries.
-
Corresponding authors from Low-Income Countries may receive a high-level waiver.
-
Authors from Lower-Middle-Income Countries may qualify for a medium-level waiver.
-
Authors from Upper-Middle-Income Countries may be considered for a low-level waiver.
Authors seeking a waiver are encouraged to apply immediately after submitting their manuscript. All PFS requests must be directed to the Author Billing Department at: accounts@rkgpjournals.org, and must be submitted on the same day the manuscript is uploaded.
PFS Application Process
Corresponding authors applying for Publication Fee Support must provide a compelling explanation for their request. Applications must be submitted on the same day the manuscript is formally received by the journal.
A complete PFS request must include the following details:
-
Manuscript number
-
Manuscript title
-
Corresponding author’s affiliation and country
-
Full list of co-authors, including affiliations and countries
-
Clear justification for requesting PFS
Decision Timeline:
RKGP Journals will communicate the outcome of the PFS application to the corresponding author within two weeks of receiving the request. The journal reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.
