Publication Fees

RKGP Journals operates as a self-sustaining organization and does not receive financial support from governmental or institutional sources. To maintain an Open Access publishing model, the journals recover operational costs—including peer review management, editorial production, online hosting and archiving, IT support, and related infrastructure—through publication fees charged to authors, their institutions, or funders. As an Open Access publisher, RKGP Journals does not collect subscription fees, and all published content is freely accessible online.

The ability of authors to pay publication fees is not a factor in editorial decisions. RKGP Journals may provide Publication Fee Support (PFS) or waivers to eligible authors who demonstrate financial need.

Publication fees are set per article and are billed upon acceptance. No additional charges are applied based on color figures, manuscript length, or other elements of the publication.
