About the Journal
The RKGP Journal of Environmental Microbiology and Microbial Ecology (RKGP-JEMME) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing research on microbial interactions within various ecosystems. It publishes original research articles exploring how microbes interact with each other and their environment, as well as their impact on different components of the biosphere, including air, water, and soil. Committed to fostering scientific discovery, the journal releases four issues annually (quarterly), providing a platform for emerging research in microbiology, environmental biology, and microbial ecology.
RKGP-JEMME covers several key aspects in this field by including research on topics like aero microbiology, soil microbiology, aquatic microbiology, bioremediation and other related areas. The journal offers peer-reviewed articles with subject area which is the development of microorganism in the environment. Its editorial mission focuses on the nature and functions of the microbial population residing in all parts of the biosphere. The Journal particularly welcomes contributions from the specialists in the field of microbial ecology, geo microbiology, microbial diversity, bioremediation and other related fields.
The journal encourages advancements in the areas not limited to the one mentioned above in the form of research articles, reviews, commentaries, and letters to the editors. Manuscripts that are thoroughly peer reviewed are published to promote the best standards in the industry. The Editor’s decision to publish a paper in accordance with referee(s) opinion is considered final.
The submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence is welcomed by the Journal. All articles are peer-reviewed. Our objective is to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript(s) within four weeks of submission. Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the next issue. Papers will be published approximately one month after acceptance.

Open Access
RKGP-JEMME is an open access journal. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in the journals can be read online without any form of restriction.

RKGP-JEMME articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International License. Readers can copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the work provided the original work and source is appropriately cited.
Copyright
Submission of a manuscript implies that authors have met the requirements of the editorial policy and publication ethics. Authors retain the copyright of their articles published in the journal. However, authors agree that their articles remain permanently open access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International License.
Manuscript Handling Fee
The manuscript handling fee for RKGP-JEMME is $350 (USD). Under some special circumstances, authors may request in advance for publication fee support.
