RKGP Journal of Food Microbiology and Hygiene (RKGP-JFMH) is an international open access peer-reviewed publication that discusses current research and publishes articles based on original research advancements on the study of microbes in food and how they inhabit, contaminate and cause food spoilage. The journal intends to promote scientific investigations by publishing constantly emerging original research in the field food science and food microbiology.
